A Christmas chess set to crochet. The PDF has patterns for 6 Christmas characters: Santa Claus (king), Mrs. Claus (queen), a nutcracker (bishop), a reindeer (knight), a Christmas tree (rook) and an elf (pawn).

A festive make for yourself or as a gift for a chess lover.

๐Ÿ’• Why you'll love making it

  • A board to match: The PDF includes a chessboard pattern: 64 squares, 32 white and 32 brown, joined in an 8 ร— 8 grid.
  • Real chess ranks: Each character is a different size, following the ranks of traditional chess pieces.
  • Shown step by step: Step photos guide you through every character.

๐Ÿ“„ What you'll receive

  • A 26-page PDF, written in English in US crochet terms.
  • Step photos show the special stitches: bobble stitch, invisible fasten off, hidden single crochet and invisible join.
  • A PDF you can print at home or follow on your screen.

This is a digital PDF pattern; nothing is shipped. You get the instructions to crochet your own chess characters and board, not finished pieces.
