Refund policy

AmikoCrochet sells digital PDF crochet patterns. Nothing is shipped.

How you receive your pattern

After payment you receive an email with a private download link for each pattern you bought. Each link is valid for 7 days and allows up to 5 downloads. Please save your files once downloaded.

Change of mind

Because our patterns are digital files, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once the file or its download access has been delivered to you. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see "Your rights under the law" below).

Faulty, not as described, or not accessible

a file is faulty, damaged or incomplete;
the pattern is materially different from its description;
you cannot access your download because of an error on our side (for example, the email or link did not arrive or does not work).

We will provide the remedy the law requires, such as a working link or the correct file, or a refund where the problem cannot be fixed or where the law gives you a right to one.

Your rights under the law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any other right or remedy you have under mandatory consumer law.
